Hailing from New York City, The Upsides are a five-piece indie rock band blending infectious guitar melodies, 90s alternative influences and an unmistakable energy.

Following their self-titled debut in 2024, the band signed with Dream Wolf Records and entered a new chapter with their sophomore album, In the Maze (2026). Bigger, louder and more ambitious, the record builds on their signature sound, exploring the space between jangling guitars, heavier textures and emotionally charged songwriting.

With a growing reputation for their live performances and a sound that feels both nostalgic and distinctly their own, The Upsides are a band firmly hitting their stride.
