Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or placing an order.

Dream Wolf Records offers physical products including vinyl records, signed editions, clothing, accessories and other merchandise.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing and availability are accurate.

However:

Product colors and appearances may vary slightly from images displayed online.
Vinyl packaging, artwork and manufacturing details may be subject to minor variations.
Product availability may change without notice.
Limited-edition products are available only while stocks last.

We reserve the right to correct errors in product information and to limit quantities purchased where reasonably necessary.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through our online store constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud or fulfillment limitations.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD).

Prices exclude applicable sales taxes and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers. Dream Wolf Records does not directly store complete payment card details.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect accepted orders, except where permitted by applicable law.

6. Preorders and Upcoming Releases

Certain products, including vinyl records and limited-edition merchandise, may be available for preorder before their official release or shipping date.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that:

Advertised release and shipping dates are estimates and may change.
Manufacturing, distribution or shipping delays may occur.
Payment may be collected when the preorder is placed.
Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may be shipped together once all products become available, where this is disclosed at checkout.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to anticipated shipping dates.

Where a delay requires customer consent under applicable law, we will obtain that consent or provide the required cancellation and refund options.

If a preorder cannot be fulfilled, customers will receive a refund for the unavailable product.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Dream Wolf Records currently ships physical products within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping service and order contents.

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment has been confirmed and the relevant products are available.

Processing times may vary during release periods, promotional campaigns, holidays or periods of increased demand.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is supplied, additional shipping charges may apply where an order must be resent, subject to applicable law.

If we cannot ship within the advertised timeframe, or within 30 days where no timeframe was stated, we will follow applicable requirements regarding delay notices, customer consent, cancellation and refunds.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Dream Wolf Records accepts eligible change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return:

Products must be unused and in their original condition.
Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.
Vinyl records and other sealed physical music products must remain unopened and factory sealed.
Products must include their original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

To request a return, email info@dreamwolfrecords.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be authorized before items are sent back. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where relevant.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange or refund.

Where a return is required because of our error or a defective product, Dream Wolf Records will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

The 30-day change-of-mind return window does not limit any statutory rights or remedies available for defective or incorrectly supplied products.

9. Vinyl Records and Signed Editions

Vinyl records must remain unopened and factory sealed to qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Opened vinyl records are not eligible for change-of-mind returns but remain covered by applicable rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products.

Minor cosmetic variations inherent to vinyl manufacturing that do not materially affect playback or the advertised condition of a record will not ordinarily be considered defects.

Signed vinyl records and other signed merchandise are subject to the same return policy as standard products.

Signed editions must remain in their original, unused condition, including any factory seal where applicable, to qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Handwritten signatures may vary naturally in placement, size and appearance. These variations do not ordinarily constitute product defects.

Limited-edition products remain subject to the same consumer protections as other merchandise.

10. Lost, Missing or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact info@dreamwolfrecords.com.

We may ask customers to confirm their shipping address and review available tracking information while we investigate with the carrier.

Where an order is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

A carrier's delivery confirmation does not automatically remove any legal responsibility Dream Wolf Records may have for delivery.

11. Product Care and Vinyl Playback

Vinyl records and physical merchandise should be handled and stored appropriately.

We recommend storing vinyl records upright, away from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight, and playing them using properly maintained equipment.

Dream Wolf Records is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, storage or use, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, artwork, audio, video, music and designs, is owned by Dream Wolf Records, its artists or their respective licensors.

Such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of any associated copyright, master recording, artwork, trademark or other intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit Site content without appropriate authorization, except as permitted by law.

13. Unsolicited Submissions

Dream Wolf Records does not accept unsolicited music, demos, recordings, compositions or other creative materials.

Any unsolicited materials submitted without prior written agreement will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.

Dream Wolf Records assumes no obligation to review, respond to, retain or compensate the sender for unsolicited submissions.

This provision does not transfer ownership of intellectual property to Dream Wolf Records.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, streaming platforms, payment providers, shipping services and other external services.

Dream Wolf Records is not responsible for the independent content, availability or policies of third-party websites.
